SYSMAN account locked (DB Enterprise Manager)

What if your SYSMAN password is expired and the account is locked? The enterprise manager won't work anymore!

Try this to confirm that account is locked:
select username, account_status from dba_users;

To fix:

1. stop EM console:
emctl stop dbconsole

2. Unlock SYSMAN & change password:
alter user sysman identified by account unlock;

3. Edit sysman/emd/targets.xml:

" ENCRYPTED="FALSE"/>

4. Edit sysman/config/emoms.properties:
oracle.sysman.eml.mntr.emdRepPwd=
oracle.sysman.eml.mntr.emdRepPwdEncrypted=FALSE

5. Start EM console:
emctl start dbconsole
